- I am the mother of two grown-up and very beloved biological children, as well as five children adopted from Russia, a country I love. I work full-time as a Religious Education Director at a Catholic parish, and teach Bible class at the Christian school my children attend. My husband teaches ESL and the 5/6 class at the kids' school, too, making it a family affair. I am so grateful to God for all my blessings and challenges!

How old did you say she is? She's gorgeous.
She's thirteen, and she is very, very pretty. I just keep telling her that what matters is being pretty inside. Hope she gets that message!
As a mother, I know what you mean. Do you have a picture of her Russian bio parents?
I have a photo of her mom; it is a very bad photo. She has Ilya's coloring - black hair.... You can't see a lot; she's overweight.
Anastasia's grandmother is a very attractive woman. I see a resemblance in their lovely complexions, cheekbones, nose. But the grandmother is dark, too. I think her dad must have been tall and light-haired. No photos, though.
