- I am the mother of two grown-up and very beloved biological children, as well as five children adopted from Russia, a country I love. I work full-time as a Religious Education Director at a Catholic parish, and teach Bible class at the Christian school my children attend. My husband teaches ESL and the 5/6 class at the kids' school, too, making it a family affair. I am so grateful to God for all my blessings and challenges!

I love Mexican food, but there aren't many good Mexican places in London. A Burrito place was opened next to my husband's work about two weeks ago and he brought burritos home twice now - could be a start of new addiction.
Mexican is my favorite "foreign" food....no question.
Now, what you can get, I bet, that we can't get here is good fish and chips. I lived in Berkeley, CA for a brief time and this English couple had a fish and chips truck - oh, my gosh! It was SO good....never any fish as good since.
